Phase 1
Online cohort
Six weekly online classes with Kristian to create your digital infrastructure. Learn leading practices for crafting content, email lists, and groups that turn audiences into genuine relationships with the people who share your dream.
Phase 2
The intensive in Guatemala
Take action to launch your residency. Collaborate in workshops with Kristian. Meet potential co-founders, hosts, tribe members. Get active support to accelerate your marketing funnel and network. Book a week or up to a month.

Ongoing support
Our team will continue to support your success with ongoing access to our network of landowners, promoting your project on our fast-growing app with 10,000 tribe-oriented members, and direct collaboration with our team through weekly calls on Retribalize Academy.

If you graduate from the intensive, hold up your side, and are not yet running a residency six months on, we keep working with you at no further charge: your Academy membership continues, your certified-leader support calls continue, we keep sending you landowner and host introductions, and we keep matching you with other certified leaders for partnership.
We do this because we believe that if you keep doing the reps — signalling publicly, showing up, and acting on the leads we send you — it is unreasonable that you will not be running a residency or pop-up within six months. The Pact is our commitment to stay in it with you until you are.
